school is so stressful

ive been having such an off day today :( first off it was raining and i felt really crappy and wore my hair up and sweats. next i had a really loooong day and just wanted to go home and sleep but instead i went to the gym. at the gym i didnt burn as many calories as i normally do and had NO energy. so i decided to weigh myself and guess what? i gained 4 pounds. out of nowhere. im looking on the...

I COME HOME FROM THE GYM AND WHAT DO I FIND...?
my mom bought ALL the taboo foods. like PIZZA and CHIPS and non diet POP. FML so I made myself a salad w/ paramsean and added a bit of vinaigrette. also to satisfy my meat craving i had some lean turkey breast! and i didnt reach for the pop and chips OR pizza. im so proud of myself :)

i am so sorry i havent made a post in a long time! ive been busy with school and homework etc. BUT i havent neglected my gym time. I went to the gym 4 times this week. today i just got home from the gym and burnt 500 calories there :)
Sooo..
i start school tomorrow :( but i feel alot more confident since i started eating better and working out. people have already noticed a difference! gym tomorrow after school! xoxo

DAY 4: 21 Day No Junk Food Challange
Day 4: What is your exercise routine? I usually walk to the gym on a weekday around 12-1 pm. and it takes me a half hour and its uphill. (on weekends i get rides) at the gym i do about 10-15 mins of easy stretches. after that i hop on the eliptical and try to burn around 250-300 calories. this takes anywhere from 20-25 mins for me. then i take a quick break, grab some water and go on the...

another good day
today i went to the amusement park with my family! sadly i skipped the gym today but i did alot of walking around. for food today i had half of a hot dog (kinda bad) but i had lots of water throughout the day.
im allowed one cheat day right!?
work out first thing tomorrow morning!! xoxo
